CAD Modelling and 3D Printing workshop for beginners

Step 1 in product design is being able to model your product in 3D and render it using a software. Once you have tinkered with the form in 3D it's time to see it become real. Our 3D printing workshop will equip you with the basics of additive manufacturing.

In this 2-day session, you'll learn how to use 3D modelling software (Fusion 360 / SolidWorks). You'll then proceed to learn additive manufacturing using a 3D Printing machine.

Day 01: 3D Modelling 1. User interface 2. Tools 3. Demonstration 4. Hands-on session on how to model an object in a 3D software

Day02: 1. What is additive manufacturing 2. 3D printing software 3. 3D-printing machine 4. Hands-on practice on the 3D printer

All materials will be provided. Candidates need to bring a mouse and a laptop for the sessions on all 2 days.
